By accessing or using this website or any services provided by TrueID Fingerprinting & Testing, LLC (“TrueID,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Provided

TrueID provides the following professional services:

Live Scan Fingerprinting
Drug & Alcohol Testing (DOT and Non-DOT)
DNA Testing (including Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Testing)
Background Screening
I-9 Employment Verification
Passport Photos & Application Assistance
Notary Services
Remote Notary Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

3. Appointment & Payment Policy

Appointments may be scheduled online or by phone.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Government fees (such as FDLE fees) are separate from service fees where applicable.

Failure to provide required documentation may result in rescheduling and additional fees.

4. No Guarantee of Results

TrueID does not guarantee:

Approval of background checks
Favorable drug test results
DNA test outcomes
Acceptance of fingerprints by government agencies due to factors beyond our control

We are responsible only for properly collecting and submitting information as required.

5. Fingerprinting & Background Checks

Clients are responsible for providing correct ORI numbers and agency information.
TrueID is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies, FDLE, or third-party processors.
Rejections due to poor fingerprint quality beyond our control may require reprinting.

6. Drug & Alcohol Testing Disclaimer

Drug testing results are determined by certified laboratories.
TrueID does not alter, interpret, or modify laboratory findings.
DOT-regulated testing follows federal guidelines.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct test type is selected.

7. DNA Testing Disclaimer

DNA testing services are processed through accredited laboratories.
Legal DNA tests require strict identification procedures.
Non-invasive prenatal paternity testing requires maternal blood sample collection and alleged father sample submission.
TrueID does not provide medical advice.
Results are confidential and released only to authorized individuals.

DNA testing outcomes are scientific results and cannot be guaranteed to meet personal expectations.

8. I-9 Verification Services

TrueID acts as an authorized representative for employers completing Form I-9 verification.

Employers remain legally responsible for compliance with federal employment laws.
TrueID does not provide legal advice regarding immigration matters.

9. Notary Services Disclaimer

TrueID verifies identity in accordance with state notary laws.
We do not provide legal advice regarding documents being notarized.
Clients must appear in person unless remote notarization is legally authorized.

10. Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL once services have been rendered.

Refunds are NOT provided for:

Completed fingerprint submissions
Completed drug testing
Completed DNA sample collections
Government processing delays
Incorrect ORI numbers provided by clients

Missed appointments are non-refundable. Clients who fail to appear may reschedule one time within 14 days. Failure to attend the rescheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

TrueID Fingerprinting & Testing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy posted on this website.

13. Compliance with Laws

TrueID complies with applicable federal and state laws governing:

Biometric data collection
Drug testing procedures
